The Del Medical OTC18M is a ceiling-mounted digital radiography system purpose-built for busy hospitals, imaging centers, and orthopedic practices. With a five-tier telescoping column providing up to 71 inches of vertical travel, it supports a full range of exams—from head-to-toe imaging to upright weight-bearing and table-based studies.

The system’s 10.4″ touchscreen console is mounted at the tube head, allowing technologists to view and adjust SID, tube angle, and exposure settings directly at the point of care. Color-coded controls and an All-Locks Release Sensor make repositioning fast and intuitive, while the electromagnetic braking system ensures smooth, precise movements along the overhead rails.

For enhanced workflow, the OTC18M features Auto-Collimation, motorized longitudinal and transverse travel, and compatibility with the optional EV800 elevating four-way float top table, which supports patients up to 800 lbs.
